Large-format pellet 3D printing
Big parts.
One piece.
If your part is too big for a normal 3D printer, you end up printing it in sections and gluing them together. We print it whole, so there are no joins to fail, sand or hide.
Usual way: 5 prints, 4 glued seamsweak points at every join
Onepart: 1 print, 0 seamsone continuous part
What we print
Parts that are usually split up
Our printer is a converted CNC gantry machine that extrudes plastic pellets instead of filament. That means a far bigger build area and much faster printing on large, chunky parts.
Enclosures and covers
Housings, guards, fairings and panels that would normally be printed in pieces.
Jigs and fixtures
Large workshop tooling, moulds and forming bucks.
Prototypes
Full-size test parts to check fit and form before committing to tooling.
Display pieces
Signage, props, planters and other big one-off items.
How quoting works
From file to price
Send your file
Upload an STL, STEP or 3MF file with the size and material you have in mind. A sketch with dimensions is fine too.
We check it
We confirm it fits the machine, suggest the best orientation and material, and flag anything that needs changing.
You get a quote
We email a fixed price and lead time. Nothing is printed or charged until you say yes.
Get a quote
Tell us about your part
The more detail you give, the faster and more accurate the quote. If your file is over 10 MB, send what you can and we'll reply with a link for the full file.
Now taking enquiries. We're finishing test prints on the machine, so we'll confirm lead times when we quote.
